For most of my life I struggled with pretty extreme nausea and stomach pain. I decided in my early 20s to take my health into my own hands and ended up spending at least $60k+ cash on seeing practitioners across the US and Australia. Through this process I ended up more stressed, more sick, and with a mile high list of food intolerances. I was almost bed-ridden.
